[More] Children First Ice Cream Social - May 17th The 16th annual Children First Ice Cream Social is Sunday, May 17, 2-5 p.m. at Wolfe Park, 3700 Monterey Drive, St. Louis Park. The event includes FREE Sebastian Joe’s ice cream cones and kosher ice cream cones courtesy of Byerly’s. The day of family fun includes entertainment, a moonwalk, face painting, craft activities and exhibits by local organizations.
